Very moody picture, Ria, I like the colors, the green and the dark water starkly contrasted by the white swan. Beautiful reflection and nice composition. Pondering the photo for a while I think the composition could be improved by a lower stance of the photographer while taking the picture. That would have compressed the space behind the swan, putting it more in the emotional center of the photo without loosing the depth of space enhanced by the beautiful green of the duckweed in the back. Just one opinion, great shot. Best regards Jorg

This is fabulous Ria, amazing how much depth, breadth and detail you have packed into 800 pixels width! Tne trees on the banks are really imposing and the light is wonderful making the algae glow. A favourite here too, just something really absorbing about this one. Ian
