Great shot as ever Chris...I too wonder why people are leaving, however perhaps I am missing something.You may have read C.S Lewis'..The Four Loves...I read it when I did a Theology Degree some 20 odd years ago...it talks about how group dynamics change as people come and go...I shall miss the bits you bring out in me..but still I wish you well in whatever you decide to do, Regards, Brian
