That water looks like it is oily. Good light and details on the leaf. I might be tempted to convert this one to monochrome.

Excellent DOF here... the dew drops stand out so well from the bg and the colour repeated in the background makes for a powerful image.
There seems to be a diagonal line running paralell to the stem of the flower... is it a scratch or a web? Don't ask me why I noticed this... it's not like it detracts in any way from the image.

Cool picture, dreamy.
Attached is a suggested alternative: backed off the dreamy quality and raised the textures and contrast by... backing down the yellow, overall sharpening to bring out texture of leaves and make the fence more visible (which made the tree branches too harsh I believe), masked the fence and then sharpened it heavily to bring out the grain of the wood.
