Kali, I really like the image. Leaving color in, or out, of one area of an image can quite effectively present more impact than a straight B/W or color image. Great image.
If you would like even more impact try increasing the saturation of the color section of the image maybe 25%, and increasing the contrast for the B/W about the same.

A very nice idea and presentation. Good tone and atmosphere about this work. I like it very much. By the way...my 'Hill' picture. yes...There is a fair bit of colour saturation used there!..I thought it brightened it up a little! Thank You..;-)

I like the brown tone. I think what makes this different from all the other leaf photos is the soft focus, which I like.

This is a lovely composition,and the sepia is a wonderful choice for it. The only thing I don't care for is the focus, and it could be cropped from the top,and the bottom leaf of the pair should have been complete. But a worthy effort.
