Hey dude !
Decent seris of B&W portraits you have got here... good DOF used.. I presume these were also not well-timed, since the framing could be better. But one thing, NOT BEING well-timed has brought out the spontaneity in the pictures very well..

Nice Portrait, Composition wise it's quite good, I would have wished to see more contrast on the face though.
And in fact a closer crop just on the face and little of hair detail might give an altogether new perspective on this frame. C if u can try something like that.
