I am not sure a polarizer can solve the harsh midday sunlight, but I find you got the exposure right.
I might have taken it not so centered, but I guess you were trying to give a symmetrical impression, and the frame-in-frame arrangement works well.

Nice flower. I think a tighter crop (particulary to the right) can improve it.

Very creative image. Interesting shapes. Evocative. I would think a B&W version could be even better.

Interesting image. You have overexposed the sky a little. I would crop some of the empty space at bottom, so the horizon gets to the 1/3 position.

Interesting flower. Background is well handled. Nice light. I feel it a bit unsharp (try a slight sharpening after resizing for submission).

Very nice composition. Seems a bit dark, but that gives an intereting mood.

Expression is very well captured. Light is fine. Composition very good.

I find it too soft focused. DOF is also too narrow. Nice colors and fine shape.

I think you did lost some details on the petals. Try the middle arrow of the levels on the original (it will just change the gamma without blowing out the highlights)

Nice flower, but needs a bit of editing to bring out its best features. As an example, I took your picture and did some quick changes to produce this variation (some cropping, darkening some of the distracting background leaves, levels adjustment and sharpening). I feel it better shows the potential of your image.

GJ: I do have a few more pictures of local people in Cuzco (maybe 2 or 3, but this one is the one I found more appealing from the photo point of view).

Interesting flower. I think you need a tighter crop (particularly at bothe sides). DOF is very small, you don't say what camera and f/ used, so I can't suggest anything.

Sun rays are nice. I am not sure if the tree at right does really add to the picture (maybe you can try cropping it out and see how it looks). The upper part of the cloud is slightly overexposed.

Colors are well taken. Sharp image. The insect is well separated from the background, in spite of the similar color. The dark band in the upper part is a bit disturbing.

Jytte: This picture was taken with the sun lighting the flower and in front of a shaded background. What you see are hints of what was in the background (some other flowers), and I wanted to leave some of it so that it looked more natural.
Thanks for your comment.

Maybe th crop of the black part can be useful, but it would break the position of the horizon at the 1/3 position. Very nice sky tones.

Very interesting composition... At first, seems like a split image, but then you see the way the different parts interact.

You managed a very beautiful tone of blue. I agree on the need for a crop on the lower part. Nice tree.

Nice flowers. Fine group. Well exposed. Sharpness could be improved with your software just before submission. Pity the flower cut at the bittom.
