Yeah, I like this shot too. The background works well. It is simple in color so that you stand out, yet there is some dimension and other items of interest. Cool shot.

This photo really appeals to me, I like its simplicity. It would be nice to see slightly more of the stems so that the complete form is seen, although the blooms should continue to have the emphasis.

Love the composition! I think improvements could be removing the shadows in the front and having an arch at the top of the photo. Nice though.

Hi, I am trying to work on this type of photography with my baby son (well, now 11 mos.). How did you achieve this image? How did you make the blackground black....with PS or studio? I am new to this so just starting to learn.

I think it is a cute picture of a cute baby. I like the feet showing. The color composition could be better however. It might look more interesting in black and white, as the baby has a very intense expression.
