I like the grainy look,the tones,the light,the use of the bicycle sil, and the sense of movement in the primary subject.Imo the blurred fg row of mustards is obstructing the view too much and may be thinned from the bottom keeping only a narrow strip to convey the distance from the viewer.The almost central position of the man is also affecting the balance of the comp somewhat.The comp looks good in monochrome.
