Abdulrahman, Welcome to UF! Overall I think this is a good night shot. You got good shadow detail and managed not to obliterate the lights. My only concern is that the Capitol Buildign seems to be tilting slightly to the right. I rotated it about 1 degree counterclockwise in Photoshop. It's not much, but it is noticable I think.

I like the composition, but I worry a little bit about the focus. I seems that the background is in crisper focus than the cart. Maybe that's what you were going for. Either way, good job ^^

I agree about the ropes. They appear to be a little too slack. Other that that, this is amazing. I can't stop looking at it! Great work!
