Yeah! I hope you deliberately did set the ISO to a high value (like 1600 or maybe even 3200 if that's possible with your camera) and did set it to black and white before actually taking the picture, instead of making an extreme makeover of it in PSP on your desktop afterwards.
On the composition I think I would have liked to have that serpent like line out of the middle, in order to make it more dynamic.

Love the grain effect, and the B&W. Composition is great in my opinion and you made a good choice to use the panoramic format. Horizon tilt is too much for me though.
