Thanks for the comments. It was difficult to get him to stay still as he was excited by the attention given to him by the children. Had to take it when I got it!

Terrence:
Please don't think me to harsh. I think you needed to include the faces of the people here, or crop them out completely. Youv'e even cut off the burros ears. Of course, they might be on the neg. Check that. I think you should have waited till the burro was alone, and selelcted a good backkground to photograph him in front of.
Just my humble opinion.

The background is too busy. Left eye and face is being covered by hand/arm. I would have tried to move around to get a better angle. Or, try to reduce the DOF, or try to frame the girl against the tree.
