Your a very attractive lady. One thing I would work on is your looking out of the frame to the left so you have a lot of dead space to the right, as we look at it. I would prefer the composition of the face to be on the right hand side so your looking out through the scene. Just a minor point really. Exposure and detail are good and a pleasent expression.

From my (very) limited experience i can tell you that using a flash would have made the picture more evenly exposed, so one half wouldn't be overexposed and the other underexposed, but you probably know this since you mentioned not using a flash. I'm not familiar with your camera, but if you take shots thrugh glass, most cameras i've used tend autofocus on glass and not the subject. Apart from this, obviously using manual settings.
There! I've said absolutely nothing you didn't already know
P.S. One more thing you could try, get a fluffyer cat :P

Hi Kara! One can almost see that itīs the first time in the snow for the black kitty. Wonderful with the snowflakes on its fur ... and that look is just priceless! Well done!

Excellent capture Kara, capturing a black cat on snow is a real challenge, it difficult to get the exposure right, you've done very well. Interesting composition,

Thanks Michele. It was his first time in the snow and I can't say he was sold on it. He kept one paw up at all times. The other guy loves being outside, though.

The expression on the black kitty is priceless !! All the trust in the world about this snowy situation is in those green eyes or so it seems ...I would never laugh cause I think he's really not liking this ..but I know they will be alright ...
