Kara on this shot I think there is a lot of potential . . . fine details in the wispy fine foliage and some pretty decent depth. I think an accent or focal point is the only thing needed to really make this one come to life. Some sort of focus point for the eyes to come to rest on as (IMO) there is a tendency to continue to wander the image and not lock on to any specific point (if you understand what I'm trying to say). It is certainly in the perfect project . . . very idyllic!

This is a beautiful shot Kara . . . nice distinctive layering with the tree uniting the layers . . . emotive and serene with a cabin off-center making for a wonderful accent . . . Nice work! :)

It was, by far, the most bizarre thing I have ever seen him do! Although watching him chase his tail is pretty amusing too, especially since he's 8 years old!

Lol, get used to Doyle's jokes cause he never stops. =P I didn't even catch the pun at first. I was too busy thinking about how annoying burs are when they get stuck to your clothes.
But yeah, good attention to detail, composition, and DOF. It looks like snow was falling as you took this. Way to brave winter. haha
