Courtesy!! for who???Only for Srna!! standards my friend, standards, 1 2 3...or more, And this comes from the man who has "never" hijacked someone's pictures or forums. Pull the other one, it's got bells on it, but then you already knew that already, Doyle. Think long and hard about some of the information you have shared with me, that's where i get my facts from, not just this incident, but 2 or 3 situations before this. So me mistaken, definitely not, and that's a fact. Discuss this privately with you, over my dead body, (oops you know where i live.)

If this site were part of some major group I would have without hesitation have laid a complaint, that my privacy has been violated.
So, this brings me to the point that you asked me where did i get my info from, "forums" and may i add "

Reply to Doyle D. Chastain Doyle D. Chastain (K=98080) - Comment Date 3/17/2008 Good question Michele! As it happens we seem to have an inactive staff. Normally, I would have you move this to the Post Bugs string, but the last three comments there have not been responded to either. One of them leaves advertising SPAM on our site! Maryanne Murillo, for example, has renewed her membership AND she and I have both sent her receipts in . . . which, combined with my persoanl e-mails have fallen on deaf ears. While she paid, she enjoys no benefits from paying and can upload only one image per day.
Additionally, after 5 years on this site . . . I too renewed and . . . shocker . . . just received a notice that I need to pay to continue as a donor . . . although I'm quite certain it wouldn't work even if I paid again. In two days I will be block from all the benefits of Donor status. If you recall, recently, Phillip Minnis had the same issue . . . with a friend. And Ann is an amazing photographer. What a waste that even the chance of losing some of these people is happening.
Good luck.
Regards, Doyle I <~~~~~ "
So , friends in high place. User names and passwords shared,
Now lets talk about this issue of caring. Doyle here on UF we share words and pieces of our mind with fellow UF's,and thats how we bash things out but when I signed up and had the choice to remain an Unaligned and anon that was my right and a right to privacy. You breached that fundamental right of mine, and raised the issue of access to information. On that same issue all my personal info that i shared with UF, is now at your disposal and who knows who else's, does this not put the privacy of ALL UF members at risk, For example knowing my name and where i live, which at this point is quiet frightening, that to me is the ethical part.

So Doyle, you bring up two very, and I reiterate, very important issues here. Firstly you talk about ethics, which you definitely let slip here, The last time i checked you held no extra powers other that a paid member, but it seems time served gives you the privilege to enquire into info that at this point, i feel was held legally in good hands of UF, namely any information that i shared with UF and it's designated office bearers, now seems this info is open to friends, so once again i say you talk about ethics, you dare mention that to me:-( Secondly you talk about class, My dear Doyle, you do not know me from a bar of soap, and you have the audacity to talk about class, something you seemed to lack in your last paragraph in the letter to me.
At this point, I feel that you have released information held in trust between me and UF, and only UF, you have blatantly disregarded my right to privacy. If you can access this kind of info, what else do you have access too, and how do you share that info and with whom.
Ethics and class???

Hi AJ
I notice that this is your first visit to Srna's pics, and we all know why, so no bullsh*#@ting here. Now all of a sudden you have great interest in this pic, of all pics. So have you migrated here for the Hugs and kisses too or are you here touting views for your works.I have yet to see a TRUE constructive comment on ANY of Srna's pictures from which she can actually learn , like you and many others have pointed out. Yeah, i do only have one pic posted, or to be more correct one picture left. Why do i not post, any fool can figuer that out.

Well my dear Michele, I do read the words "Learning" in your comment, sadly You and many other photog's have for a very long time misled Srna, in your efforts just to remain friends and naturally to get the views and ratings on your own work, Sure you bunch are friendly with all the "Hugs hugs " & "kiss kiss" all the time its no wonder you lots don't have the heart to give Srna some positive crit, just nice words. Can you honestly say that every picture and go back and look honestly, that the 7++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++ that you so freely dish out, are helpful to her, or like i said just being nice, so which is it to be, helpful or nice. So much talent here on UF going un-noticed, and material from which you and the likes can "Learn" from yet you stay in this small confined group, oblivious of the going on's around you. Wake up my dear, open your eyes look around see some quality photography worthy of you 7+'s Cheers JR

Stunning. This is such an unusual flower and displays such beautiful colours, and you have managed to show them off here so wonderfully, especially the orange. Fantastic angle you decided on here, because it shows the full spread. Nice tight crop. Well done. and thank you!!:) Regards ...Russ PS what was the aperture set to?

Nice and clear, showing all the beautiful colours this flower displays. So true to life. But in my opinion it is cropped to small, would liked to have seen the entire flower,I feel the beauty lies in the whole flower, not just a portion of it. Regards.....Russ;)

Quiet a few goats this guy has got. We had a few as pets, must be the naughtiest animal around. We used to wake up in the morning with the sound of goats fighting on our car roof. They say if you throw water at something and the water goes through it, then a goat can go through there too. "Hehehe" They can get through or over most any fence. Well done my friend:) Regards Russell

Hi Jan. Prefer this take to the first one(it is not so tight at the bottom (crop). This image stands out to me, because of the low angle from which it was taken, gives a good sense of height. Both daughter and son-n-law make for excellent subjects here. I think because of the diffenrece in looks and especially the guy`s glasses, just seem to round this picture off. Regards Russ :)

I think the composition is excellent. A stunning scene, IMO, the light on his face is maybe a bit too harsh, strong, and I would have liked to have seen more detail on his hands, because I think they add to the mood of the scene. This is just my oppinion!:) Russ
