I can't believe you have been around so long and I have only stumbled upon your work tonight. All your images are powerful and complex. This one particularly so. What a good eye you have and a very good command of your equpmment. CC

Unbelievable! The number of factors that had to come together to create this work of art is astounding. The sun is perfectly placed. The camera settings are spot on. Even the fact that it was the middle bird that "Got it", gives it wonderful symmetry.
Were you tossing food in the air,'cause I cannot image that you just pointed your camera skyward and were rewarded with this image.
I have really enjoyed what I have seen so far. Have not noted your work previously, but every image holds its own magic. Well done! CC

Simply beautiful. I wonder how many more photographers will have the opportunity to capture natural shots like this of these magnificent creatures.
I like that his nose is so black, looks healthy. CC

Cool, soothing image. Its almost midnight and still too hot to sleep. My daughter recently experienced her coldest day yet(-15C)in London. It was tipped to reach 48C on this continent today.
As you watched the frost form on your camera, cameras melted here!
I love the lighting in the background, and the strain of the heavy frost on the branches. You are a brave man. CC

Thank you Marcio for taking time to comment on my work. I am always interestd in improving my images and would like to know more detail about what you mean by "the lights in the colours". Any help would be appreciated. CC

Have just had a lovely wander through your portfolio, very enjoyable. I was actually looking for this image in black and white to see if it has more impact. No luck.
The muted colour feels a little lacking and was hoping, from your comment to be able to compare to B&W and full colour.
Love the subject matter and the way the little girl has closed her eyes. Gorgeous. CC

In my experience when more than one member of a group stand still and stare at the floor, it's a a lost contact lens. Very comical. CC

If this is a single image and not a composite, then this location must feel like magic. Every area of the photo holds interesting detail. Quite a feast of detail! CC

I love the patterns the scales makes as they skim along the surface of the water.
This year I was fortunate enough to spend some time in the Kakadu National Park, and Katherine Gorge in the Northern Territory, Australia. (The furthest I have ever ventured from home.) I haven't posted many shots yet, but this one of yours looks ominously familiar. Positively Prehistoric! CC

Hello Edward, and Happy New Year! I was drawn to this image, not knowing the familiar name.
This is too cute for words. I would have thought 2 chicks would be unusual in such a harsh environment as Antarctica.
Boy you sure do get around! And still taking amazing photographs. Lucky you have seen this fragile continent, it may change forever within our lifetime. Well done! CC

Thanks for taking the time to comment Danny. I am sure he would have enjoyed a wide angle lens for breakfast!
Last time we spoke I was sending my youngest daughter to England, Now I am about to put my eldest daughter on a big plane to England. What is it about your country??? Its a whole other time zone, hemisphere and island. I guess she is about to find out what winter really means.
Wishing you and your family a healthy and happy Christmas from down under. CC
