Alan,

Forget photographer of the day...you should be photographer of the YEAR! I haven't seen one photo in your entire collection I didn't like. They're ALL awesome. You do fantastic work! You must have been born to do photography.

If I could make a living doing the kind of work you do...I could retire a rich and happy man...not to mention really enjoying what I do. I know YOU sure enjoy it...it shows in every shot you take...every one a picture perfect postcard. The color...the compostion...You're a heck of a photographer...one of the best I've ever seen. If you ever teach a class here in South Florida, you'll see me as one of your students.

A definite departure from your regular stuff, but just goes to show how wonderfully creative and talented you really are! Honestly...were you just born with this gift of photography...or are you the luckiest person alive when it comes to timing and compostion? Everything from landscapes to macro...your work is AWESOME! I wish I could shoot like you do.

Alan,

Just as the previous person said...I also love all your photos. You are one heck of a photographer! Every picture...a post card. Where was this particular photo taken? Where abouts are you located? Also, I was surprised when I saw that you shot this with a Canon G-3. All your work is wonderful. Wish I had your entire collection...I'd hang them on my wall. In fact, I wish I could shoot pictures as good as you.

Best Regards!

I don't know if I want to be scared and run away...or put my arms around him and hug him. The expression and pose is priceless and uncanny...the detail...incredible! Great macro work Alan.

Read my postings on some of your other photos...I think ALL your work is fantastic! There's nothing "artificial" about any of them. As I said earlier, you have a great eye for composition and color. Despite with the previous person said...I know you didn't re-color these. These are natural lighting conditons timed perfectly. You are correct...they should have been there...

There's a lot of philosophical meaning that can be derived from this photo. The concepts boggle the mind. Creatively, the way it was put together is simple but well thought out. Forget the critiqued technicalities...I like it just the way it is. It speaks to me personally...and that's all that matters.

Hi Karen,

"Another great shot." Is this a reflection in a rain puddle...or a window...? I love all your work. Best Regards!

Very nice work Karen! It's beautiful. Soft and quiet - romantic and sensual. The use of the "opposite" hand is perfect. It almost looks like someone else caressing her face, but it's not...and that's what makes it unique. Looking forward to viewing your other work.

Amazing macro detail! Certainly 180 degree difference from your other pictures. I like your B&W gritty/grainy work as well though.

Hi Steven,

Liked your composition including the use of B&W. Perhaps a bit of subtle flash would have brought out her eyes more...just my opinion. Take care.
