Too bad the chairs are off-center. Otherwise, very nice.

Chelsea, it's really a shame that usefilm doesn't have an "anthropomorphize" project -- this would be such a perfect candidate! Even so, this is a very nice fine art photograph. My only criticism is that his paw is cut off. Perhaps you could have asked him to cross his forelegs and move that paw a bit higher; I'm sure he'd understand how that would improve the composition.

I'm sorry, but I disagree with Christine and Farran. The coloring technique here is just plain dumb (not to mention trite, banal and stale); in my opinion, it basically ruined what otherwise could have been a mediocre shot.

It bothers me that the bottom of the filing cabinet on the left is cropped out; otherwise a very nice composition. Perhaps an alternate title could be "Man's Inhumanity to Man."

Alisa, as others have noted about this series, you're practically a GENIUS at scoping out interesting and unique things to shoot! Yet this trailer and chair both look oddly familiar, I just can't put my finger on why.... Oh, well. The other cool thing is that it's nice to know that somewhere in Southern California affordable housing still exists.

Roger, I'm quite certain that the reason my genius hasn't been recognized is that I'm not dead yet. Plus my photographs tend to be mediocre. Anyway, while I'm sure that Japan has many nice little environmental disasters of its own, California's Salton Sea is really something special!

Chelsea, I might agree about not including the house... if it weren't for the fact that I used to live in that very building (it's actually a condominium); and the nostaliga is therefore clouding my judgment. And I can tell you from personal experience that the horizon really is tilted in this part of Southern California, so in fact you shot it accurately.
