About: Inspired:- To realise creative possibilities and to record for posterity.
Learnt:- By trial, error and through experiments. I improved by looking at other photographers’ work and by seeing the possibilities and different styles.
Favourite Photographers:- Sebastiao Salgado;Steve McCurry; Isabel Munoz; George Rodgers, Christina Garcia Rodero. There are many more.
Aspiration:- Photograph the natural beauty of my country of birth, Sri Lanka and its friendly, carefree and generous people.
Proud of: My foray into photography energised my eldest daughter who was studying journalism and she became a photo journalist.
