Wonderful perspective and beautiful lighting, it really makes the trees seem so tall. Alison

Very nice colors and good choice of camera point and prspective. Agree on Petal?s suggestions, would make another spectacular sight.

Cheers

Great shot Don - another example of just how "insignificant" we humans look when compared to nature in all its grandure and wonders.

Beautiful perspective from a wonderful shooting angle Don. The colours and details are glorious. You and me both...when it comes to getting upright again from some weird positions there are bones and things in my body that refuse to co-operate. Best wishes to you my friend....Ray

Upward, yes. This is the place where poets, dreamers and philosophers go to find truths.
I like it.

Great perspective here, Don! I like the sun shining through the trees, and the colours against the sky.

Petal, there are a couple of things wrong with your suggestion.. If I would lay down on the ground at my age it would take a fork lift to get me back up again and about laying the camera on the ground and run out of the way, well I would probably stumble and fall down and then the same old thing all over again. Just having fun with you.. You have some great suggestions. Will have to try that sometime. Don.

Neat shot!!! Great angle/perspective, very nice colors and good composition... well done!!! How about laying on the ground and getting a shot (almost) straight up... I think that would look real cool as well.... BTW you can just lay your camera on the ground, put it on self timer and run out of the shot.... LOL!!!!
