These are scored A-typical and you usually loose points because Boone and Crocket likes them perfect. They measure the diameter and the length from certain points on the antler. It will probably not be a head mount but skinned down just to save the antlers.

How are the half and three-quarter tines scored if they are? Too bad he broke the one on his left there; could've scored much higher if it was still intact. Are you going to have it mounted European style? I'm asking because it's been cut so close to the base of the skull. Now about the photograph itself--it has that appearance of a typical hunting snapshot of a prized kill. I know it too well, and it brings back memories, even the fishing trips.
