Thanks Ron for interest. Usually I don't use tripod. It's so difficult to catch them with tripod. Of course not all hand shots are so sharp. This is one of the sharpest. A lot of shots needed to get one good one. Additionally to lens I usually use also Canon 1,4 extender.
It took a long time to decide what to buy in tele side and at the moment I'm satisfied.

in italina language is "cinciarella".. is wonderful and very difficult capture is so speed in her movement.. very well composed and blocked!
