Hmmm... if the title can be said to have a connection, perhaps the title is there to stimulate picture-lovers into thinking a little bit differently about the image than they maybe otherwise would.

A quick look through page 1 of your portfolio shows that you enjoy getting attention with your titles. Well done on being able to think up clever words, and back it up with terrific images. I still don't see the connection between cross-dressing policemen and this shot, but I guess I don't have to. It made me look, and keep looking! Your image is attractive, as are the policemen, and since I'm having trouble staying awake, I'll stop wondering why the title. :)
