If they're stalking something to eat they could care less that I've got a camera pointed at them, but most of the time they spook real easy! But I'm persistant, I think sometimes they just want me to take the picture and get out of there! Thanks so much for your comments Pierre, they mean a lot to me! Darlene

Your wildlife photos keep amazing me! Just wonderful details and close-up!!!! Even with your long lens, I wonder how you can approach these herons without spooking them away. Very well done, once again.

Krystal had Hodgkins Disease 6 years ago and was treated with chemo, radiation and a stem cell transplant (from her own stem cells.) She recovered and was cancer free for 6 years, In July she found an enlarge lymph node in her shoulder (only in one spot thank God.) She took some heavy hitter chemo drugs and Monday she had a PET scan done and it was CLEAR!!! She will still need radiation (just to be sure) but right now at this moment she is cancer free! We are so happy and thanking God....And your prayers would be great, she's had so many from all my UF friends and now I can add you! Thank you so much Ann, Darlene

Another stunning image of a heron. The detail and clarity is superb. I love the curves on this one. The composition is wonderful. The background is a beautiful compliment. Well captured Darlene.
I don't know the story about Krystal but happy to hear the news is good. Will say a pray the other treatments go well.
