I love it. A very pretty cityscape. It's extremely nice the way it is, but if you think the blue is too overpowering maybe a light red filter would help balance the reds and blues? I'm a newbie so it's just an idea not a criticism.

No, I think it's part of the effect you want, the two sharp angles of bright blue light -- it really defines the photo. The bright flare in the center of the reflection looks good, I think.
