I am glad no one had the idea to clone out the power line ;-) There are several reasons that make this shot successful. First, the choice of camera point that matches trees and mountainscape. Second, the panoramic format. And third, the pole and powerline make the composition balanced, IMO. Very good landscape !

Silence.....something I experienced a lot of over the last two weeks as I travelled this great country. Scenes such as this were everywhere and just made you realise how much the world really does have to offer.
