About	Siran is a wonderfully atmospheric village near Carcasonne in Southern France. While we were there in September we were subjected to some of the most atrociuos weather I can remember. Our villa was an island when the mountain rivers burst. Fortunately the weather also spawned some glorious sky colour. Compositionally everything fell into place quite delightfully. I gained just sufficient altitude to see over the vneyards and the light grad held in the sky. Do have a look at my website when you get a moment www.transientlight.co.uk
