This is nice but I prefer the first one. I like the lighting better in the other one. Tripod must have helped enhance the image in the other shot.

Verona looks like a great city for night photography! I find this well balanced light-wise, not always an easy thing to do for night shots. Again quite a lot of noise. Are equivalent iso are you shooting at?
