Amusing dark beefy stares on certain portions of faces from a cross-section of the populus. And stark daylight.
This could easily be somewhere like Blackpool or Grimsby, England, rather than Vienna, Austria. Places where people travel to to sit on benches. And maybe eat chips.
Often, the shoes and clothes of people give some indication as to where they are from, or are living. That does not seem to be the case here.
How did this encounter resolve itself?
