About	Walking through a graveyard a few days ago, i saw this tombstone with a small bunch of flowers sitting on it, looked as if they had been there for a couple days. I loved the story it seemed to tell. I dont have any framing software, so i kinda messed with 'canvas size' and 'burn' tools until i got the look i was going for.(as close as i could anyway..) First shots out of my new medium format.

sense of farewell. like the emphasized hard edges, sense of finality. Feels like standing on a precipice.

Thanks Alison. Ive always just adjusted the canvas size, i didnt even know about the marquee thing! I'll have to try that.
I'd like to get a framing plug in for some of the neat frames that just like darkroom frames (like polaroid, negative carriers etc). For now though i guess i'll just make do.

Great picture, it is sad but touching. Congrats on the new camera it is always fun to play with a new toy. The frame works really well with the picture. Do you have Photo shop.? I first select the whole area of foto with the rectangular marquee tool then go to selesct-modify-border put in an amount 5 and up and it will show the width of a frame, hit delete and you will get a frame, but make sure the background color boxes are the color you want. I don't know if this is legible or not.??? Alison

Ha, im a total newbie when it comes to mf. Ive never used one until now, but ive always thought it looked like fun.
Since everyone went digital, theyre selling their mf cameras off for beans-thought now was the best time to start, since i really cant afford to go digital yet anyway.

wonderful, poetic shot. I like the colors as they feel to be aged just as these flowers. Perfectly matches the situation/subject.
