Could that be Jill Clayburgh?
I have not seen the film, only heard of it.
Funny you should mention this though, as I have been trying to think of a film that this image reminds me of. I think there is one, but memories are hazy.
Maybe something from the Comic Strip (you may never have heard of this exceptional comedy film troupe). Something where someone is carrying something and something mysterious and inexplicable is about to happen. (obviously...)

when i saw this shot, i remember a movie film called " un married woman" it was very old one
and the actress ( dont remember her name ) was carring her paintings in the street ,, and the wind was strong.. so she was moving with winds
