Wrote upon Fabio's beautiful translation of Shuoushi. OKI INU:statue, small doll or ornament dog,I think a paper weight dog. TACHIMUKAETARU:confronting, standing up to,venturing to or facing up to---, SATUKIYAMI:against moonless May darkness. He might have made his haiku in his den,his will leaving double metaphorically to a dog, yes, himself->ornament dog->alive dog.Very subjective haik I think.Thanks.

Oh Fabio touching Shuoushi M's haiku,so glad and thanks for your superfluous comment on this--highly beyond my intention of capturing--,his styles of making haiku were 'sujective(self) sketch'not our traditional haiku tends to natural sketch, you noticed this difference here.I had been thinking long time that---R.Kipling's----Oh,East is East, and west is West and never the twain shall meet----.I'll alter of shift my thinking way from now reading your comment to that an aethetic sense is universal.Arigatou for F.(btw.Shuoushi was a professor of the obstetrics and gynecology, when I was a medizinishen schooboy)

this is a perfect found-art-wabisabi would you believe me, that your picture makes me happy? (maybe a haiku by shuoshi as a humble intent to thank you for the gift? : oki inu tachimukaetaru satsuki yami (forgive my poor transcriptions, and, nevermind, it's not june's darkness, but october's. but the idea, that these traces are the only visible remnants of a dogs joy and greeting, lasting till winter, is amazing for me:)) and your picture shows, how high standing poetry the simplest things could become, seen by your eyes.
