Now after talking to a friend of mine and when I look at it I would probably tilt the whole photo about 6 deg. CW to make it more dynamic... :)

Nice vanishing point perspective. The only small change I would personally make would to be to print the picture with the junction of the ground and seawall falling directly on the corner of the print instead of just off to the side. Nice shot...
