Just think Petal.. all that water helps them grow!
And if what I was told about Hydrangeas is correct (I have no idea about flowers and plants myself!) the depth of the blue is proportional to the amount of water they get... so it doesn't look like a bad summer at all from here!
I like the way you caught the delicacy of the soft petals... they look as soft as cotton wool!
