It's a cranefly (Daddy Long Legs), Darlene. Much more sociable than a mozzy! I snapped this on my bedroom wall (woodchip)one midnight. Then gave this fragile little creature, his freedom outside.

It was a zoom lens, Dave. I got it for C$14.99, on US ebay. it has a 75000x zoom (plus a filter for the upper stratosphere) and you screw it into the little canon A95. I thought about getting in touch with NASA, but decided Mulder and Scully were the best option.

What an exellent captuer Colin,I love the lighting to the serfice of the water or what it is walking on. a very sharp image indeed Colin, I was up on the common today and got some good images.I have a bit of arthritis at the moment but can just manage,love your image though spot on Colin.7+++++ catch you later ...Bob Aldridge.
