I like this shot in B&W.. The effect of DOF is surprising as the railing is clear in the foreground but not for the ground, and this latter is clear at the middle.. Where did you focus your image?
I would probably catch this shot more closer of the railing and follow it along the picture.
Anyway, this a nice picture.
