Nice work i must say, though i think, not cropping the photograph would have helped. deserted landscape always does good to such photgraphs i believe.

WOW - I LOVE this!! Wonderful shot and STOP feeling insecure about them. You did wonderful work. The pose is amazing - I mean magazine quality amazing. You know I love self portraits - at least I know whether it's a good shot and no one else has the evidence... :) Keep playing PLEASE. :)
BTW - the "softness" is from an action I use called Midnight Sepia Tone" from atcentral.com go to the download section and you'll see it listed - version 2. This is for Photoshop.
