About These birds are tiny, from what i can make out he is about 6-7 inches from top to toe and very shy. this is one of 5 of these birds that i first spoted on the local lake about two months ago and its taken that long for one of them to float close enough to get a good shot

great shot Jason, These are exactly the same as the ones here, they are cute, I like how they dive all the time, you capured him perfectly, I like the light in the eye, and feather detail actully they have almost like hair.. very nice...
