This is a lovely shot (why has no one commented?). The only niggle I have really is that it seems a bit flat colourwise and could do with a little brightening up.
I posted an example of what I mean.
In my version I've added some colour to the sky using a brush with first blue for the top, then a little pink in the middle and purple in the lower area of the sky. Set the brush mode to 'Soft light' and the flow to around 50%. Then with opacity to suit (you'll need to play around with this) gently and smoothly add the colours. Do a little at a time to avoid obvious editing marks.
The adjust the saturation (I have a photoshop action I use for this which does each channel -R,G,B - in turn). In my example I boosted the saturation by around 25%. I then ran a gradient overlay over it to boost the contrast and darken the sky slightly whilst lightening the ground. I used two shades of grey as the foreground and background colours (foreground RGB values were 59, background RGB values were 125).

Compositionally it is spot on... the portarit mode used to good effect to emphasise the length of the piled crop and the foreground including good detail of the crop where it had been cut.
