Thanks for the comment Guido. The 1/8 sec capture would not of been possible without the use of a tripod, remote cable release and a little cooperation from the fly:) (He didn't move)

Wow, best shot i saw today .. the contrast of the fly to the almost fluorescent petal .. the sharpness on the fly .. the shining metal colours on the body .. marvellous !! and of course your excellent lighting was very good, did you make this shot without flash ?
