Pankaj it all depends upon how you see it. Different people see one thing differently. With open arms title matches with the history of the Corcovado wherhe this Statue of Jesus Christ faces the laggon from where the ship enter the port of Rio De Janeiro.

Excellent capture deb...though i don't so much concur with the title you have given...this picture is all about darkness...the cold feeling ...the black omen...the character in focus seems to be invoking the powers of darknesss with his open arms...and the clouds doing there own dance of black magic in the background. No offence here only personal feelings invoked by the monstrous demon here...

Nice capture of the Christ, Debarshi. You did well to steer away from the common and hackneyed interpretation and come out with your own take on it.
Nice clouds and a very moody atmosphere. Actually empty blue skies are a drag. It's always nice to have some cloud for interest!

Didi, when I got to the top pf the mountain it was very cloudy and normally Rio is known for her Blue sunny sky. But after the shots came back from the processing lab I found out that photographing with cloudy skies can be as fun as the ones with clear skies.
