I like this image as it is. The silhouette of the arches and the railing contrating with the matural light make this a very strong image. While it might be interesting to crop the lower arch, including both gives a nice sense of balance. This is a successful photo presented either way. Well done!

I don't agree with both Melisa and Galal, I think it's more artistic and presented by including the arch in the photo.

Nice use of natural light. Every detail showing through the entire depth of the photo. I think this shot would also look nice without the lower arch too.
