Thanks Mary - either my ISP or my computer or something has been unfriendly lately, and I am late in responding to comments. Still "luv ya" and really do appreciate you for taking the time to look at and comment. This shot is probably one of my better shots of a white flower. Can hardly wait to see what the new camera does with the type of shots I have taken previously - once I learn how to use, of course. Jan

Thank you Margaret - This was the only white rose that stayed perky long enough for me to get a few pics. The car ride over here put the white roses into shock - they never recovered. The reds did just fine, but now my red/white/blue bouquet is just red/blue and has tiny bits of white from the baby's breath that didn't take the blue dye. Jan

Thank you for your comments Marcia - next time I get flowers will wait until daytime and put them next to a window having indirect lighting. Jan

Beautiful rose. As always your lighting is excellent. The shot with the bird is precious the bird looks like a baby.

Wonderful white rose, Janice. I think if you use natural light you can get more natural effect. You can try it next to a window, for example, with indirect light. Just a suggestion. :-) Anyway it?s a wonderful floral composition. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.
