Dear Diego,
I like his expression, the tilted head position...but straight eyes towards the viewer.
Perhaps if you don't mind a proposal for a slightly tighter crop. Take a bit away from the right and the top. From the top taking out the lightest reflection and from the right most of the sideburns, leaving the part at the temple.
What do you think? For me it would intensify his strong look.
