Congrats on the award John, I really like this shot (been trying these shots for ages and never seem to get the conditions right, oh well!)and yes, love the lenses(Sigma) I have the 17-35mm, 28-70mm, 105mm macro, and the 70-200mm Apo with converter and all work really well. I might add, you have some great images in your portfolio, keep up the good work my friend and good luck!

Only one comment about the ingenious 180 Degree Flip which was of course yours John. I myself knew that right off ...
Keep shooting while standing on your head or otherwise ... It's simple but greatly effective!

I can't think why I haven't found your portfolio before--I see you commented on a couple of my photos last year. I've missed a lot of good things, probably through being too busy with business troubles to return the compliment back then. This is a very imaginative treatment, and of course perfect for the new project, as well as being technically excellent. I notice that we have some "friends" in common (Pastor Chris S. for instance).

Hi Lori, It's simple really. It's a reflection of My son Mike! He was standing on the rocks of a getty and I simply flipped the image and the drops at the top are actually small rocks that were in front of me!Thanks for asking!! My best..................John

It's an interesting composition. I've still not totally figured it out though, the drops at the top are throwing me. (and rocks.......) :)
