Just been looking at your stunning portfolio again.
I'm familair with all of these places as I live in gateshead (and sometimes in wooler) but never seen them in the magical way that you've transformed them.
By the way, as you're a metal man, I am inspired most of the time when looking at others' work and post-process tweaking, by listening to joe satriani, (see my "la defense" abstract)

Another stunning Marky Evans shot.... With trademark skies, beautiful composition and stunning scenery. Love the foreground rocks and moss - gives such a lovely front focal area before allowing the eye to wander to the hill with its strong diagonal line and the strakness of the spire. Excellent!!!!
