Excellent model you chose here, although such a charming lady doesn't really fit to this theme. I think she too pretty to look bored, hahaha...
Nice to see you and good view. I like the position you chose. The expression looks to me somewhat between bored and challenging, but it looks nice.

I have no clue what to buy as far as camera's go that is why I was happy You sent me some information on camera's !
I know the good and bad days situation too. I just get mixed up and think my good days are mostly my bum days until I see what I came out with .. now + then or vice -versa too ! Ha!

lol I wrote a book......Anyways that way with two cameras I have digital and regular film prints. The two len's will give me better coverage when I move around......Will be shot and run for a straight 4 hours pretty much.
Wish me luck and I will let you know how things go........It will be next weekend.

But your doing better than I was......:)
Wow great news! I hope you will have something soon.....Do you have any idea what you might be looking at or what you might what to shoot with?
I still have not learn everything on my 350D yet. not even close! Right now I'm working on trying to figure out just how to use my Auto focus points......lol
There is a lady oon here that shoots with the same camera and I know that the camera will perform so much better that I am able to get it too! You should if you have not yet look at her profile......(Kathy Hillard) I hope to one day know my camera control and how to use them even half as good as she does!
I went down to the river this morning to see if I could get some nature shots and maybe catch a bird........there are lots of eagle down there but I never saw one. Did see a few Blue hurons and a turkey Voulture. One or two others. But I was set up taking some land scape shots ......and here they would come! By the time I got my camera wheeled around and set controls agaisnt the bright sky it was too late!
Just an awful day! :(
Then again I was out a week ago and everything I shot was on time and perfect!
I have good days and bad! However, a good day makes up for 10 bad days!!!! (So awsome)
Right now Im working on putting up a portrait studio here at home and buying some portable back grounds and stands. I have a couple really nice Norman moon lights that God has blessed me with.....a few umbrellas ect......I want a studio at home and one I can take on location. There are lots of older poeple and retired folks that I'm sure around the holiday when family comes to visit that I think I could make alittle business for myself........I did get my first photo job for next week shooting a big political event where there will be 100's of state and local polititions that are showing up. Its a four hour event that they hired me to cover and the lady wants 150 to 200 4x6 prints. If I do a good enough job I'm sure I can sell lots of 8x10s
and I am going to get a flat pay along with that.
Will be the first time I have ever done something like that and I can tell you that Im more than alittle nervous!! lol
I know the lighting is going to be harsh so I plan on taking lots and lots of photos. At least a thousand so I am going to take two cameras. one digital and one film. Both cameras with be set with different focal lengths....(Cont).

I know what you mean about a good camera AKA
SLR!
You will get there.......I shot with a 1 mp for a few years till I coulden't take it anymore and I still can't figure out how I bought and paid for my Canon 350D and sence then I have been able to pic up a couple more. I got really lucky and found a guy that had a Canon AE-1 program film camera which I really love. Its old and solid and in pristine shape. The guy said he used maybe 5 rolls of film up and he got a job driving truch and never got to use it. It set on a shelf! I'm still taking better photos with my digital Rebel however.....That does not make a lot of sence to me but.......lol
That should change anytime! Pray pray pray!
Keep shooting Michele and before you know it, you will have a beautiful image catcher in your hands!
Look forward to seeing more of your photos in the future.

I thank You as well Paul for even finding this shot. I WAS ACTING like I was bored . . .You know I had like 10 seconds to run over & get into position !
I agree photography gets me up in the mornings and keeps me alive during the days... I also could do much better with a real camera. I have a cannon A410 zoombrowser program that gives me only color, sharpness, + trim to work with ..Ha! and this is better than what I had when I took this shot !

See Michele......although you do look bored, How could any photographer ever be bored? What with soooooo many wonderful images to capture and then there is all that fun of Processing.....WOW
What a deal!
Almost like getting to play god........(I know watch my mouth)! I will......:) but if you think about it........we create with the camera and then we give life to it in processing.

Im only thankfull that I was bitten by the bug when I was.......Its pretty the only thing that makes me want to hang around in such a wicked and mean and jealous world. Thanks God that he has created earth and heaven and that there are somethings that humans cant destroy. That is what I like to look for and shot above all!

Not really bored, but bathed in a beautiful light as you contemplate your next vision of what you mike like to photograph. I really like this image as it's a natural, comfortable pose. Just too bad you have to walk around with that chair attached to your arm! B)

Good work. I would watch the blown out areas behind you and maybe crop in a bit off the sides. Other than that the details are clea and good natural colours.
