I think what makes this different than the usual images of water reflections is the triangles made by the attics of the houses and their upside down reflection on the water... this makes a very nice pattern which corresponds to the letters 8 and 7 in Arabic...
Also the inclusion of the tree branch falling down from the upper part and the weeds floating on the water gave the image a very nice alive mood.
