This is fabulous! And one of the most interesting and beautiful birds! I've never been able to get close enough to one of these. (the zoom is limited on my 'non SLR'...

Yes, I think it's working better, thank you my friend. I am even more impressed to know how you got this shot..very good photography skills here.. I don't know that it would look better in a frame but I think it's a nice finishing touch. It's a wonderful work and I think a frame would complete it, but I love it just the way it is too...hugs to you...:):)Linda

Hopefully you've sorted out your screen problem.
The crowned crane is in a park near by my house.
I tried my best to avoid the fence .. and finally got it staring at the camera. I used a fill-in flash to highlight the deatils and get rich colours.
This is not cropped .. this is the original frame/composition. I was lucky enough to have this guy still for a second to focus on its eye then recompose.
I always include my camera settings ;)
Do you think this will look better with a frame?
Actually i didn't have time to put a border!
