Todd, Nice shot. For me, the old and new tones on the sidewalk make this image work. If the sidewalk were all the same shade of concrete grey, it wouldn't be the same. (I thought the "stain" was part of your wankers analogy - until I read your explanation.) Mark

hmmmm, perhaps you are right about the grey Carlos. i initally liked the texture and patterns in the grey and kept it for that, but now i'm not so sure... thanks for your thoughts!

title of the day if you ask me (a TOD!) - love this compo and the grey void - strikes me that the appealing parts (the color) are the "useless" parts in reality (an edge and some perishable graffiti) - food for thought and a great shot - hansi
