Amazing detail but somehow it has become entirely 2-dimensional (I know that happens a lot in photography but maybe you understand what I mean). Are the white spots near the center reflections from the flash? Ah, the dangers of too high technical quality! :-)

Great macro (again)!!! Super colors (even brighter than in 'on the edge'), DOF, clarity and composition!!! Well done!!! The droplets on her back are a nice bonus and she looks more elegant on this 'stem' than on the blade of grass.. ;-D!!!

This is fantastic!
The green background and bright green steam and the simple striking composition help to not only bring out the lady bug but also pop it out!!!!
Yes the red helps but the selective focusing and the DOF are perfect!
I?ve never heard of a ring flash, what is it?
Theres one miner suggestion, the drop on the back of the ladybug is not too sharp maybe you can try cloning it out?
